International Shipping Policy
We manufacture all of our steel core body armor entirely in house at our Phoenix, Arizona facility upon receipt of a completed order with payment.
As a result, we may have production lead times posted on applicable products. Production lead times are updated with our best estimate based on our production schedule and order volume. In some cases, manufacturing may take a little longer than expected and we do our best to provide updates along the way in those situations.
We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of our product and integrity of our business by rushing sub-par products out the door. Good things take time to do right, and there are no exceptions with our product. When shipping internationally, we have to prepare paperwork in accordance with U.S exporting laws that can vary by country to which we are shipping, which may add time to the process.
If the product is in stock with no production lead time posted, we typically ship with 3-5 business days. This may vary with holidays, sales, and the changing political climate.
By default, all items in an order will be shipped together. This means if you have 4 items in your order, and one of those items has a 3 week lead time, all 4 items will ship together once the 3 week lead time has been met.

Most orders will ship FedEx or UPS with tracking information, unless you wish to use your own carrier, in which case we need a shipping label from you and the necessary information to arrange for your carrier to pick up the order from our warehouse. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will be notified via email.
